6:02 am · the pour
Cold glass, and a sound like rain
The color arrives before the taste does. Marigold, or deep green, or a red so dark it looks like stained glass held up to a window. It is opaque, because it is whole.
Loading the morning…
Cold-pressed in Dallas–Fort Worth since 2025
Small-batch juice pressed from whole fruit and vegetables the morning it goes out. No concentrate, no added sugar, nothing you can't pronounce — and no crash to schedule your afternoon around.

6:03 am · the first sip
Nothing syrupy, nothing hiding behind sugar. You can taste the ginger arrive a half-second late and sit warm at the top of your chest.
6:22 am · twenty minutes
Your shoulders drop an inch. The room gets a little louder in a good way. This is not caffeine doing something to you — this is your body getting what it asked for.
12:40 pm · still going
No crash to schedule around. No second cup to justify. No 3pm negotiation with yourself. Just an even line from morning through the end of the day.
Tomorrow · again
That's the whole thing. Not a detox, not a punishment, not a January promise. A good habit that tastes like something you'd choose anyway.
The ritual
Every bottle has the same short life. Here is the whole of it, start to finish, on a press morning.
Step one
Texas growers first, whenever the season allows it. Everything gets washed twice and cut by hand — no bag mixes, no pre-cut anything.
Step two
Cold pressing means no blade, no friction, no heat. Thousands of pounds of quiet pressure instead — which is why the enzymes and the color survive the trip.
Step three
Glass because plastic leaches and dulls the taste. Sealed within minutes of pressing, dated on the label, and cold from that second onward.
Step four
We text you when we're close. In an insulated bag with an ice pack if you're not home. Four days of shelf life, and it never sat in a warehouse for any of them.
Find yours
Three questions, about fifteen seconds. We'll pour you the one that fits today — and you can always take it again tomorrow.
Pick the one that's loudest.
Timing changes what your body can actually use.
Be honest. Ginger is not a personality test you have to pass.

The menu
Everything is pressed Tuesday and Friday morning and delivered the same day. Bottles keep four days cold. Tap any one to see what's actually in it.
Why it lasts
Caffeine borrows energy against your afternoon. Whole-pressed fruit and vegetables give your body sugar with its fiber's worth of company — micronutrients, enzymes, water — so the line comes down gently instead of falling.

From the neighborhood
Our story
Iesha Davis began pressing juice for her own family, then for her church, then for a growing list of neighbors. Nourished Temples is still made by hand, in small runs, by the same people who deliver it.
Nothing sits on a shelf. We press against the day's orders, so what you drink was produce that same sunrise.
We buy local when the season allows it and tell you plainly when it doesn't. Whole fruit and vegetables only.
A portion of every order funds juice for community food pantries and youth programs across DFW.
Delivery
Order by 8pm the night before a press day. Deliveries run between 9am and 2pm, and we text you when we're close.
